You may think that your only choices are to swallow your anger or throw it in someone’s face. But there is a third option; you can just let it go. And only when you do that is it really gone, and you can move forward.

OOoooooo… well this is flippin amazing!!!!!

I wonder if people can tell how mad and deranged I am… sometimes the mind just seems so loud… I assume everyone else must hear it!! Or see it?? If you get what I mean? *sigh* Silly brain.

Which reminds me -

Note to self: People can’t mind read… don’t be passive until you can’t take it anymore, and then become aggressive… just be assertive!!! Stand your ground in a fair, nonjudgmental manner… no matter how pushy people get!!

We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.

You don’t need anyone’s affection or approval in order to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isn’t actually about you. It’s about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you don’t have to internalize that. Your worth isn’t contingent upon other people’s acceptance of you — it’s something inherent.

You exist, and therefore, you matter. You’re allowed to voice your thoughts and feelings. You’re allowed to assert your needs and take up space. You’re allowed to hold onto the truth that who you are is exactly enough. And you’re allowed to remove anyone from your life who makes you feel otherwise.
